ECART 1 is the first self-drive mobile robot with steel front, equipped with an integrated lifting system and dual steering. It was introduced at Ospedale Guido Salvini of Garbagnate Milanese (Italy) in 2013.
Thanks to its exceptional adaptability, the ECART 2 dual steering electric mobile robot is particularly popular in the hospital sector. It is fitted with integrated lifting capabilities as well as an in-built lighting system. At the front, built in to the plastic cover and refined with a frame, there is also an integrated 3D camera, which permits to detect objects above the scanner level (e.g., beds, stretchers), preventing collisions with obstacles in the path of travel.
The shortest hospital vehicle available, being the exact same length as hospital trolleys it is able to hide within the footprint of the trolley itself. It is fitted with an automated guide system that enables it to navigate on the basis of the main characteristics of the building, as well as a lifting system that allows it to pick trolleys of various dimensions.
ECART 4 is the differential vehicle designed for heavy loads. In line with the company philosophy, the Oppent differential mobile robots are also bidirectional, their behaviour when moving always uniform: they move backwards the same way as they move forward. This is because they are equipped with specific mechanics designed to meet the needs of industry and above all to solve a problem that is intrinsic to differential vehicles.
Fitted with an integrated lifting system, ECART 5 is Oppent’s thinnest and lowest mobile robot for the hospital sector. It is equipped with perfectly bidirectional kinematics implemented on a steel chassis and safety laser sensors that are able to generate horizontal and vertical observation plans, adjustable according to the speed and layout of the environment in which they are used.
ECART 6 is the differential vehicle designed for light loads. Made entirely from stainless steel, ECART 8 is a mobile robot that can navigate slopes of up to 9%, transporting loads of 600 kg, thanks to its higher and slightly slanted front bumper. Adapting internally, ECART 8 is therefore able to tackle particularly steep and winding routes. It is also the only vehicle created for the hospital sector fitted with a system including 4 safety lasers (2 diagonal and 2 lateral) and 3D cameras.
ECART 9 is the mobile robot created for the hospital sector that is able to perform on heavily sloping ground, climbing gradients of up to 9% with a full load. It is equipped with 2 safety lasers (front and back) and 3D cameras.
Fitted with 4 drive and steering wheels, ECART 7 is a mobile robot with omnidirectional navigation which can pull up to 2 tonnes and lift up to 700 kg. Thanks to the 4 drive wheels it can achieve and maintain the maximum levels of accuracy required by the industrial sector, where loads are often very heavy.
